For all bookings and enquiries please message us on WhatsApp or through either of our social media pages. Upon booking/ prior to using H & H Pet Services Leicestershire you will be asked to book in for a consultation, this gives us a chance to meet yourselves and pet/s within their home environment, allowing us to discuss any needs that they may have. There is also an information and consent form that will need to be completed. Consultations usually last around 20 minutes and a small fee of £5 will apply for this which will need to be paid upon the same day as booking your consultation. Consultation fees are non-refundable. 

Where you can- please give us at least 1 week notice before you are wanting to use our services so that we can allow time to fit you in for a consultation before hand, though we do also try to fit in emergency appointments as we understand that these things can happen, thank you- H x
